If you are applying for an International Travel Plan you must tell QBE if you or anyone in your travelling party has an existing medical condition (EMC) other than those automatically covered. Application is available online when quoting. If your application is approved you will be advised of any restrictions or excess that may apply and may be asked to pay an additional premium. |
Existing Medical Conditions of a Non Travelling Relative or Business Partner |
Provided they are under 80 years of age you may apply to cover an EMC of a relative or business partner if their state of health could disrupt your travel plans even though they are not travelling with you. If cover is approved you will be advised of any additional premium or any special terms imposed.
